You do not need a new report or an IT project. PharmaFix matches PrimeRx column headers automatically, including common variants for date filled, BIN, group, NDC, and amount paid, so the raw export reads as-is.

Common mistakes with PrimeRx exports
- Exporting a single insurer when the review needs the full book of business.
- Hand-editing rows with odd dates or amounts; the analyzer sets those aside and tells you how many, which is safer than silent edits.
- Mixing two months in one file without noticing the 25% test resets on the 1st; the analyzer reports the latest month and how many earlier rows were set aside.
Direct patient identifiers are prohibited
The report is transmitted to the hosted analyzer for transient processing. Do not upload patient names, member IDs, prescription numbers, or other direct patient identifiers. The app is designed not to persist the raw report, claim rows, or generated result.

Do I have to reformat the PrimeRx export?
No. Columns are matched automatically, including common header variants. Export with all insurances selected and upload it as-is.
Does it work for CSV and TSV?
Yes. The analyzer auto-detects comma or tab delimited files and handles common encodings.
Is the report stored?
No. It is read in memory and discarded when the analysis returns.
