The short answer
Effective August 12, 2026. Purchases of PharmaFix credits are final and non-refundable once completed, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Unused credits
Unused credits are not refundable and do not have a cash value, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges
Report suspected duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly priced charges promptly. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected or refunded. Unauthorized-payment claims may also be handled through the payment processor and card issuer, subject to applicable law and identity verification.
Failed uploads and service errors
Validation failures and unreadable uploads are designed to use zero credits. If a documented service error consumes a credit without returning a completed result, the normal remedy is restoration of the affected credit. A refund may be considered when restoration is not reasonable or when required by law.
Consumed credits
A credit used for a completed analysis is generally not refundable merely because the buyer disagrees with the result, expected a different payer calculation, or no longer needs the service. This does not limit remedies for a verified defect, misdescription, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or rights that cannot be waived by law.
Timing and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. Bank and card-network posting times vary. PharmaFix will not request full card numbers or sensitive authentication information to process a refund.
How to request help
Email info@pharmafix.ai with the purchase email, approximate purchase date, credit pack, and a description of the issue. Never send an uploaded report, patient information, full card number, or restore token. PharmaFix is operated by Pharma Fix LLC, 166 Industrial Loop Bay 3, Staten Island, NY 10309.
