Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using the service after these Terms become effective, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for the pharmacy or organization whose report you use.

The service

PharmaFix accepts supported pharmacy-report exports, calculates report-based paid-dollar and claim-count rates using bundled reference data, displays mathematical room estimates against a 25% reference line, and supports browser-generated print/PDF and CSV summaries. Results are estimates based on the uploaded data and current implementation.

No payer, legal, clinical, or dispensing advice

• PharmaFix does not speak for CVS Caremark, PrimeRx, Healthfirst, any pharmacy benefit manager, network, regulator, auditor, or manufacturer.
• A result is not an official payer calculation, contract interpretation, audit outcome, reimbursement promise, clinical recommendation, or authorization to dispense or add claims.
• You remain responsible for current payer agreements, source reports, pharmacy operations, professional judgment, and legal or compliance advice.

Authorized reports and prohibited data

You may upload only reports you are authorized to use. Do not upload patient names, member IDs, prescription numbers, full dates of birth, addresses, Social Security numbers, or other direct patient identifiers. You are responsible for applying appropriate minimum-necessary, de-identification, contractual, and legal safeguards before upload.

Credits and payment

• One credit is intended to cover one completed analysis. The normal flow consumes a credit only after the analyzer produces a completed result.
• Validation failures and unreadable uploads are designed to use zero credits. The free demo uses sample data and zero credits.
• Credits provide access to the analysis service; they are not cash, a bank account, or a pharmacy record-storage account and cannot be transferred unless required by law or approved in writing.
• A payment processor handles checkout and payment details. Prices are displayed in USD and final pricing must match the secure checkout page.
• Refunds and credit corrections are governed by the Refund & Credit Policy and mandatory law.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass credit checks, probe another buyer's credits, abuse restore links, interfere with the service, introduce malicious files, or access nonpublic systems or data.
• Do not use the service to violate law, payer contracts, professional duties, patient privacy, or third-party rights.
• Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for dispensing, billing, reimbursement, audit, legal, or compliance decisions.

Availability and changes

The service, supported columns, payer mappings, reference data, calculations, prices, and features may change. PharmaFix may suspend access for maintenance, security, misuse, or legal reasons. Material changes to paid-service terms should be posted before they take effect where required.

Intellectual property and third-party names

The PharmaFix site, software, original text, and visual design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. CVS Caremark, PrimeRx, Healthfirst, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their mention identifies compatibility or source context and does not imply sponsorship, certification, affiliation, or endorsement.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. PharmaFix does not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete or current third-party reference data, exact agreement with a payer, or any particular financial, contractual, audit, legal, or clinical outcome. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
