Trust & privacy at PharmaFix
The short answer
Your authorized report is transmitted to the hosted analyzer for transient processing. The app is designed not to retain the raw file, claim rows, generated exports, or result, and it provides no saved-report history. Infrastructure providers process limited data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your report
- Read in memory to compute your result, then discarded when the request returns.
- Not intentionally retained by the app: raw report files, claim rows, report NDCs and amounts, generated exports, and analysis results.
- No saved report history and no portal to log into.
- Not emailed by PharmaFix. Reports are sent only to the hosted analysis endpoint for the requested run.
Payment
A payment processor handles checkout, payment details, purchase email, amount, and payment references. PharmaFix does not receive full card details, and no uploaded report is sent to the payment processor.
What is stored, and what is not
- Stored by the credit-account system: account identity (your purchase email), a credit balance, and a ledger of purchases and completed analyses. These are counts and metadata, not report contents.
- Not intentionally persisted by the app: your uploaded report, its claim rows, report NDCs and amounts, or the computed result.

Restore access
Restore by email lets you re-link credits after clearing cookies or switching devices. The backend stores hashed, single-use token metadata and uses an email-delivery provider to send the link. The flow restores credit access only; it does not restore reports or results.
What we do not use
PharmaFix does not use GHL for restore links, credit truth, authentication, or report data. Reports are transmitted to the hosted analyzer for transient processing; the app is designed not to persist the raw file, claim rows, or generated result.
Frequently asked questions
Do you keep a copy of my report?
The report is transmitted to the hosted analyzer and processed transiently. The app is designed not to retain the raw file, claim rows, or result, and there is no saved report history. Use Print / Save PDF or CSV if you want your own local copy.
What account information is stored?
The service stores credit-account, ledger, payment-reference, restore-token, session-related, and submitted contact metadata. The app is designed not to store report rows, report NDCs and amounts, or results there.
Will restore emails include my report?
No. Restore by email re-links credit access only. It does not email or restore reports, and the app is designed not to retain report rows or generated results.
Estimate your report's position against the 25% reference line
Current checkout is test mode. Upload only an authorized PrimeRx or Caremark report without direct patient identifiers. PharmaFix calculates report-based rates and is designed not to retain report rows or results.
