Why it matters
The displayed rates are cumulative for the selected calendar month, so periodic reviews show how the report-based estimates change. Reading a raw claims export by hand can be inconsistent; the analyzer applies the same supported parsing and calculation process each time.

A quick example
A pharmacy uploads a month-to-date export showing $80,000 total paid with $12,000 tied to aberrant NDCs. The dollar test reads 15%. On 1,000 claims with 30 aberrant, the claim-count test reads 3%. The report shows both numbers, the room remaining at that volume, and which days moved the rate, so the owner can see whether the dollar figure is broad activity or a couple of expensive claims.
Transient processing, no saved report history
Your report is read in memory to compute the result and then discarded. PharmaFix does not store your uploaded report, its rows, NDCs, amounts, or the result. See the privacy page for details.

Which report do I upload?
A generic dispensing / claims export from PrimeRx (or the Caremark report you review) that includes date filled, BIN, NDC, and amount paid. Columns are matched automatically, so you do not need to rename anything.
Is my report stored anywhere?
The report is transmitted to the hosted analyzer, processed transiently, and dropped when the request returns. The app is designed not to save the raw file, claim rows, or generated result.
What if the file will not read?
A failed or unreadable upload does not use a credit. You only spend a credit on a completed analysis.
