Frequently asked questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Credits are pay-as-you-go. Buy the pack you need; there is nothing recurring and no account portal to manage.
What if my upload fails?
Validation failures and unreadable uploads are designed to use zero credits. In the normal flow, one credit is consumed only after the analyzer produces a completed result.
How is payment handled?
Stripe handles checkout. PharmaFix never sees your card details, and no report data is sent to Stripe.
How are my credits tied to me?
Credits are linked to the email used at checkout and recognized through an essential signed browser-session cookie. Restore by email sends a single-use link that can reconnect credit access on a browser or device.
