How PharmaFix credits work
The short answer
PharmaFix is pay-as-you-go, not a subscription. One credit equals one completed analysis. A credit is only used when a report analyzes successfully; failed or unreadable files cost nothing, and the demo is free.
The rules, plainly
- 1 credit = 1 completed analysis.
- Failed or unreadable uploads use 0 credits.
- The demo is free and never uses a credit.
- Credits are added only after a verified payment.
- There is no subscription and no account to manage.
Buying credits
Choose a pack (1, 5, or 25 credits) and complete secure checkout. When the payment is verified, your credits are added to the account tied to your email. PharmaFix never sees your full card details.
Spending a credit
A credit is consumed only after a report analyzes successfully and your result is produced. If the file cannot be read, is missing required columns, or hits an error, no credit is used.

A typical workflow
A pharmacy manager buys the 5-credit pack on the 1st. Each Friday she exports the month-to-date claims report and runs it, using one credit per completed check. A week-3 export with a missing column errors out and costs nothing; she re-exports with all insurances selected and runs it successfully. Four completed analyses in, she still has one credit for the end-of-month read.
Why it works this way
Validation failures and unreadable uploads are designed to use zero credits. In the normal flow, one credit is consumed only after the analyzer returns a completed result.

Is this a subscription?
No. Credits are pay-as-you-go. Buy what you need; there is nothing recurring and no account portal to manage.
What counts as a completed analysis?
A successful run that produces your result. Missing columns, empty files, unreadable data, or server errors do not count and do not use a credit.

Yes. The demo runs on sample data, is free, and never uses a credit.
