Does PharmaFix store your uploaded reports?
The short answer
The report is transmitted over HTTPS to the hosted analyzer and processed transiently. The app is designed not to retain the raw file, claim rows, report NDCs and amounts, filenames, generated exports, or analysis result in a saved-report history.
What happens to your file
- 1.You upload your report to run one analysis.
- 2.It is transmitted to the hosted analyzer and processed transiently to compute rates, room estimates, and breakdowns.
- 3.The result is returned to your browser and the report text is dropped.
- 4.The app is designed not to write report rows or results to its database, saved-report history, or email flow. Hosting infrastructure processes the request as described in the Privacy Policy.
What we do keep
To operate credits and support, PharmaFix may retain purchase email, credit balance, credit-ledger entries, payment references, restore-token metadata, an essential browser-session identifier, and information you submit through contact forms. Report rows and generated results are not intended to be stored. A payment processor handles checkout and card details.
What is stored, and what is not
| Data | Stored? | Where / why |
|---|---|---|
| Uploaded report file | No intentional app retention | Transmitted to the hosted analyzer, processed transiently, and not added to saved-report history. |
| Claim rows, NDCs, amounts | No intentional app retention | Transmitted to the hosted analyzer for transient processing; not intentionally written to the app database, saved-report history, or application logs. |
| Analysis result | No | Returned to your browser once; no saved history. |
| PDF / CSV exports | No | Generated in your browser, downloaded to your device. |
| Purchase email | Yes | Ties your credits to you. |
| Credit balance & ledger | Yes | Records purchases and completed analyses as counts and metadata. |
| Restore email & token metadata | Yes | Stores the email association and hashed, single-use token metadata; an email provider delivers the link. |
| Essential session identifier | Yes, in browser | Signed cookie used to reconnect the current browser to credit access for up to 180 days. |
| Submitted contact details | Yes | Business-contact systems process information voluntarily submitted through a contact form. |
| Technical request metadata | Provider-dependent | Hosting and security providers may process IP address, user agent, timestamps, routes, statuses, and diagnostic logs. |
| Full card number and security code | Not received by the app | Collected and processed by the payment processor. |
Exports are generated in your browser
The Print / Save PDF and CSV summary are built from the in-memory result in your browser and downloaded to your device. They are not uploaded or stored on our side.
Direct patient identifiers are prohibited
The analysis works from claim-level fields such as date, BIN, NDC, and amount paid. It does not need patient names to run.
Frequently asked questions
Do you keep a history of my analyses I can log into?
No. There is no saved report history and no portal. Each authorized report is transmitted for transient analysis and the result is returned to the browser; if you want a copy, use Print / Save PDF or CSV before leaving the page.
Is anything about the report sent to the payment processor or another service?
The report is transmitted to the hosted analyzer for transient processing. The payment processor receives checkout and payment information, not the report. Other service providers process limited credit, restore, session-related, and submitted contact metadata as described in the Privacy Policy; the app is designed not to persist report rows or generated results.
Estimate your report's position against the 25% reference line
Current checkout is test mode. Upload only an authorized PrimeRx or Caremark report without direct patient identifiers. PharmaFix calculates report-based rates and is designed not to retain report rows or results.
